The agreement calls for Players Network to act as the Executive Producer and oversee the production of three half hour Pilots and series of short form webisodes.

Players Network will be developing, marketing, distributing and building an original digital branded network using the company's broadband and social platform. The initial production will include 3 1/2 hour shows and 45 short form webisodes. In addition to being paid to produce the series, Players Network will be entitled to share a percentage of backend licenses fees and on all domestic and international distribution.
Michael Berk, Players Networks Chief Creative Officer, will be the series Executive Producer. The show titles and storyline are still in its early stage and will not be disclosed at this time, but its content focuses around a family operated business in nightlife entertainment industry that primarily takes place as Vegas after dark.

Mark Bradley, Players Networks CEO, states, "We are very pleased to have H&J productions recognize our ability to help them market and expand their business through new media and at the same time generate ongoing revenues through monetizing the content of the series."

Mr. Bradley adds, "As more mobile devices, tablets, game consoles and smart televisions continue to connect to broadband, more industries and individual business will be looking for assistance to use media and distribution to connect to their audiences. With the scalability we built in our platform, I anticipate entering several similar development agreements to H&J to launch many new networks in the coming year creating an enormous amount of shareholder value."
