Identix Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq:IDIX) shares jumped 12%. The company reported positive data from ongoing clinical trials for its hepatitis C treatment.

Gevo Inc. (Nasdaq:GEVO) shares rallied 37% after the company said a court had ruled in its favor in a case where rival Butamax Advanced Biofuels LLC had sought an injunction against the company’s sale of certain products.

Decliners

Adobe Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:ADBE) fell 5.1%. After the market closed on Tuesday, the firm said its fiscal second-quarter earnings dropped 2.4%.

AspenBio Pharma Inc. (Nasdaq:APPY) shares tumbled 36% after the firm said it will sell 6.1 million shares at $2 per share. That’s a 36% discount to the shares’ closing price on Tuesday.
