Mobile Star (OTCBB:MBST) Entered Into an Agreement to Acquire Two Projects

Palm Beach, FL 6/11/12 (StreetBeat) -- MOBILE STAR CORP. (OTCBB:MBST) entered into an agreement to acquire interest in two projects: 1.) Four-season NY-based land resortdevelopment and 2.) Up to 49% of Star-Show, Inc., a worldwide karaoke booth manufacturer and distributor.
