Eagle River, WI 10/17/2011 (PennyPayDay) – PNI Digital Media (OTC:PNDMF), an innovator in online and in-store digital media solutions for retailers, announced today, in a press release, that its application to move from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has been approved.
Shares in PNI Digital Media will commence trading on the TSX under the Company's existing trading symbol "PN" when the market opens on Tuesday, October 18th, 2011. At that point, the Company's shares will no longer trade on the TSX-V.
No action is required on behalf of shareholders.
