Home Health International (PK: HHII) Announces LOI to Acquire Medical Equipment and Supply CompanyAtlanta, GA 5/2/12 (StreetBeat) – Home Health International, Inc. (Pinksheets: HHII), announced today that the Company has signed a letter of intent to acquire Faya's Medical Equipment, Inc., a licensed Florida based medical equipment and supply company.

Faya's Medical is located in Hialeah, Florida and provides ambulation aids, disposable supplies, mobility aids, respiratory equipment and sickroom setup. The Company has been in existence since 2006 and has a respectable reputation in the community.

Home Health International also recently announced a letter of intent to acquire Mount Auburn, a Medicare certified home health agency, which it anticipates to close within one week. Today's announcement marks the second pending acquisition in the Company's aggressive expansion strategy. Home Health International plans to cross-market the services of its Medicare certified home health agency and the licensed equipment and supply company. An extensive marketing plan is currently in development.
