This is the second time in two years that St Pauls has used Sparta’s Municipal Lease Program, which focuses on supporting various governmental agencies with equipment purchases especially during tough economic times. Sparta’s program is used throughout the state, with St Pauls being just one of the nine jurisdictions in NC that have taken advantage of this financing method for purchasing essential equipment outright.
