Razor Resources (OTCBB:RZOR) If you look at the recent headlines for Razor you see they are getting traction in shipping the yellow metal. The succession of PR identifies Johnson Matthey and the recently acquired Clavo Rico Mine Property in Honduras. These shipments have real dollar values attached to them and make analysis of Razor easier for the arm chair investors who trade stocks in the MicroCap sector.
The President of Razor Resources Inc., Mr. Sam Nastat, said, “We have worked hard to solidify great working relationships with the best in the business. Johnson Matthey exemplifies the level of professionalism that Razor Resources strives to employ throughout our organization.” Razor announced its second shipment of gold estimated to be over $300,000 in market value since the recent acquisition of the Clavo Rico Mine property in Honduras. Final refining after production resulted in approximately 227 ounces of finished gold and 64 ounces of finished silver.
“This second shipment of gold production and recurring revenue stream is a major milestone for our Company. Through the extraordinary efforts of our exploration and mining team, we have been able to enhance production in less than one year since the acquisition of the Clavo Rico mining property. Having a steady cash flow from production will help protect us from some uncertainties in the current world financial markets and gives us a distinct advantage for growth and shareholder value over non-producing junior mining companies,” stated Gregory Rotelli, Chief Financial Officer.
Metal prices continue to explode and act as the only real “flight to quality” for professional traders and retail traders alike. The debate amoung the investment community is about picking Gold and Metal related stocks… certainly Razor with it’s recent shipments… plants a flag in the MicroCap sector for traders to include on watch lists for 2011.
Additionally, Cohen Research issued a price target of $1.34 for Razor and highlighed important investment criteria when trading Gold Stocks. Channel checks are critical in the metals markets and the company has a desire to be transperant in the way they communicate with the MicroCap investors with updates
