Conference, Cash, Revenue and Profits: PNI Digital Media (OTC:PNDMF)

On Monday, PNI Digital Media (OTC:PNDMF) announced, in a press release, the results of the Company's Fiscal 2010 Annual General Meeting (see below) which was held March 10th, 2011 in Vancouver, Canada. As I write, shares of PNI Digital Media were down slightly at $1.50 per share on light volume. The company has a market cap of $50 million and, as of the most recent quarter ending December 31, 2010, PNI Digital had cash on hand of $3.74 million; Revenue of $7.73 million compared to $7.76 million YOY; and net income of $627 thousand, or $0.03 per share, compared to $932 thousand, or $0.04 per share YOY. -- The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Company's auditor until the close of the next Annual General Meeting,

-- The ratification and approval of the amendment and continuation of the Company's Share Option Plan, and

-- The ratification and approval of the amendment of the Company's Articles as set out in the Information Circular dated February 1st, 2011.
