Oxford, MS 3/15/2011 (PennyPayDay) -- Drinks Americas (OTC:DKAM) a leading developer and marketer of beverage products, today announced that it will be a sponsor of the Montauk, New York Friends of Erin, St. Patrick's Day Parade. The event expected to attract up to 50,000 people will feature more than one hundred marching bands, floats and organizations to include numerous first responders, volunteer fire departments and municipal fire and police departments. The parade, like Rheingold Beer, is one of New York's oldest institutions.
Joseph Bloecker, the President of the Friends of Erin who organize the event stated, "The Montauk Friends of Erin are both proud and pleased to announce the Sponsorship of Rheingold Beer for the 49th Montauk St. Patrick's Day Parade. We are proud to have Rheingold, one of New York's oldest beers, sponsor one of the oldest and historic St. Patrick's Day parades, scheduled to be held on Sunday, March 20th."
