Facility Upgrades and Expansion for GRNO Stock

Facility Upgrades and Expansion for GRNO StockLincoln, NE 5/9/2011 (PennyPayDay) -- Green Oasis Environmental Inc. (PINK:GRNO), a Florida corporation, announce today, in a press release, that its wholly owned subsidiary Custom Carbon Processing Inc. (CCP) has made the decision to overhaul its salt water injection facility which is located near Wibaux, Montana. At the same time, the Waldo slop oil processing facility has expanded its operations by installing new equipment. There was also an e-mail marketing campaign initiated on behalf of GRNO today by a third party.

The Waldo facility has now installed additional equipment to give CCP the ability to process the variance of product currently being received. This will also allow CCP to process a higher amount of solids that come with tank bottoms, slop oils, and drilling fluids. These types of material take longer to process, and require more equipment to maintain efficiency. The benefits of these improvements are higher disposal fees and a higher volume of brokered material to the facility.

The Michels injection well is also primed for a busy year. Upgrades to this site will include increasing the tank infrastructure, implementing a more efficient oil skimming system, and re-structuring the piping. These upgrades will allow a higher capacity of water volume to be injected daily, optimal oil recovery, and year-round injection capabilities. In addition, multiple unloading terminals will be added to better serve our clients.

"With all of the drilling activities going on in the Northern part of Montana and North Dakota, injection wells are at capacity and are pressuring up along with the oil formations. This has forced drilling rigs to head south while waiting for pressures to recede, and has forced companies to look for alternatives for their current water disposal options. As it just so happens, we are situated right in the middle of where these rigs are heading, so it should lead to an excellent year," stated Mark Hurst - Project Manager for Montana Operations.
