EVCARCO, Inc. has been notified by the Hawaiian Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs that its franchise registration has been approved and is now effective in the State of Hawaii. All required Federal Disclosure Documents have been submitted per the Hawaii Franchise Investment Act, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 482E. Nationally recognized for franchise law, Ms. Cheryl Mullin, of Richardson, Texas-based Mullin Law PC, handled all legal matters for EVCARCO regarding meeting all Federal Trade Commission regulatory requirements.
This new clearance opens the door for the Company to expand its franchise of alternative fuel and electric car dealership in the Aloha State in its pursuit to lead the industry as vehicles of this nature continue to gain traction worldwide.
